How is OASYS different from other IELTS preparation platforms?
Most IELTS platforms are B2C tools aimed at individual learners. OASYS is built from the ground up for test centers as a complete operational platform. This means it combines a full four-skill testing engine with AI-powered marking, live examiner Speaking tests via the Tempino scheduling service, white-label branding, business analytics, bulk email campaigns, and a Telegram plugin — all in one place. Does OASYS cover all four IELTS skills?
Yes. OASYS delivers complete four-skill mock exams covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking — for both Academic (AC) and General Training (GT) modules. Students can complete all four skills in one integrated session, with over 100 curated exam sets available. Mini mock exams and placement tests are also included for centers that need shorter, targeted assessments.

How does the Speaking test work?
Speaking tests are conducted as live video sessions with real, qualified IELTS examiners via Tempino — a global examiner scheduling service integrated into the OASYS platform. Students select a time slot that suits their time zone, connect with an examiner online, and complete the Speaking test in real time. This is available across all OASYS packages and ensures the experience closely mirrors the actual IELTS exam format.

How accurate is the AI marking?
OASYS uses AI-assisted grading specifically trained to align with IELTS scoring criteria. The AI evaluates Writing and Speaking responses and generates detailed, skill-specific examiner feedback. For Enterprise customers, the AI Examiner Assistant provides tailored feedback across all four skills. Centers also retain full control — manual marking and examiner override options are available at all tier levels, so your team can verify or adjust AI-generated scores at any time.

How is OASYS priced?
OASYS pricing is volume-based and tailored to the scale and needs of your test center. We offer four packages — Starter, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise — with minimum test volume thresholds per period. Because every center operates differently, we do not publish fixed prices. Instead, we work with you directly to build a quote that fits your volume, features, and goals. Which countries does OASYS operate in?
OASYS currently serves test centers across 8 countries on 3 continents, including Canada, Iran, Australia, the UK, and four additional markets. The platform is built to support global operations — with time-zone-aware Speaking test scheduling, multi-currency support in commercial agreements, and infrastructure designed to scale internationally. We continue to expand into new markets each year.

Can we use our own branding on the platform?
Yes. White-label branding is available from the Growth package and above. This means your students experience the platform under your center's identity — with your logo, colors, and name throughout the interface and on all generated reports. For Plus and Enterprise customers, fully custom-built exam packages and branded assessment materials can also be created for your center.

What does onboarding look like?
All OASYS packages include dedicated onboarding support. Our team works with your center to configure your account, set up user roles and permissions, load your exam catalog, and apply your branding. We provide guided training for administrators and, where needed, staff training for your team. Onboarding is designed to be fast and non-disruptive — most centers are fully operational within a short setup window after agreement.

How long does it take to get set up?
Setup timelines vary depending on your center's size and configuration needs, but most centers are fully live within days of signing, not weeks. The OASYS team manages the technical setup end-to-end, so your staff do not need technical expertise to get started.
